Position Description
Summary:
Provide one on one coaching for the region’s branch management team with a focus on increasing their capability and leadership skills. These actions are executed by: documenting action plans, measuring and verifying results, analyzing, measuring behaviors and its impact on performance, and facilitating training as needed. Seek to spend approximately 80% of time in coaching – related activities.
Responsibilities:
Support District Managers to identify the areas of opportunities and make recommendations through action plans for improving branch performance
Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives; finding ways to increase customer relationships, while improving customer retention
Conduct sales training including recurrent training within the branch based on trends levels of the location
Monitor action plan progress through follow up branch visits
Assist branch management in the assessment, measurement and enhancement of associate performance
Ensure the delivery of quality service and optimum sales through problem identification and problem resolution
Conduct periodic performance updates with District and Regional managers
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
2 years experience in coaching and developing employees on branch sales
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in related field
3 years experience in coaching and developing associates on sales incentives
3 years of branch banking experience
