Description
Brown and Caldwell is in need of the right candidate to help lead, develop, and build a Civil virtual team able to deliver industry leading water, wastewater, and remediation designs to our private sector clients. This is a highly strategic position that requires proven strength in group leadership, design management, and civil engineering design of water and wastewater facilities for our clients.
This candidate will lead a team of fellow civil engineers and designers located in multiple offices. As a team leader, this candidate will manage group workload, hiring, and project assignments, as well as provide mentoring and performance feedback for group employees. Key objectives of the Civil Discipline Leader role are to: represent the discipline within the Portfolio delivery team, ensure the discipline has the resources to deliver all design projects in the Private Sector Portfolio, support the client portfolio and Portfolio Design Manager to ensure successful project delivery and support the Portfolio Chief Engineer to ensure successful quality assurance and control of project deliverables. The Civil Discipline Leader also coordinates with the National Practice Lead and other Civil PDLs to advance standards development and coordination workload leveling across the company.

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $115,000 - $156,000
Location B: $126,000 - $172,000
Location C: $138,000 - $188,000
