Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Flocryl Trainer works effectively with all Flocryl teams in Riceboro, GA, to deliver the necessary training to new and existing employees. This position will report to the Regulatory Compliance Manager.

NOTE: Only the most qualified applicants will be interviewed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Issuing training checklists to any employee working towards qualifying for a new job role.

* Maintaining and tracking the progress of each employee's training.

* Demonstrating field operations clearly and effectively to ensure consistency across all team members and confirming competency in preparation for final plant management verification.

* Explaining and clarifying all production-related concepts in a clear, effective manner.

* Assisting employees in accessing the necessary training materials, including materials accessed on designated training software.

* Working with production teams to identify new training material needs and develop the necessary content.

* Regularly present training materials to individuals in a group/class setting.

* Applying extensive process knowledge to help instruct, demonstrate, and inform any Flocryl trainees so they can:

* Perform their role safely.

* Maintain regulatory requirements.

* Maintain quality management system requirements.

* Develop and move forward in their career path as desired.

* Report situations where the operating procedures are incorrect or need improvement. Aiding production management in procedure revisions to ensure procedures are current.

* Assessing training effectiveness and reporting on trainees' progress to respective management.

* Working closely with production plant teams and other SNF groups to identify and resolve training program needs.

* Coordinating and scheduling training program events to ensure timely and effective personnel training.

* Maintaining a strong understanding of all production processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the training program.

* Managing the upkeep of training program materials and accurate documentation of employee training records in the designated Learning Management System and coordinating these efforts with the Human Resources department.

* Contributing to Flocryl's security by adhering to all policies outlined in SAF-018.

* Supporting the SNF RCMS policy and principles through the effective execution of each program and procedure that affects the continuing safety of each stakeholder, our impact on the environment, and the security of our stakeholders, site, raw materials, and finished products.

* Maintaining the confidentiality of the company's products, customers, and proprietary information.

Requirements

* Demonstrated career growth in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 5 years experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree required.

* Demonstrated track record in safety and fostering a strong safety culture.

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to diverse personnel groups individually and in a group.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Comfortable having their success dependent on the success of their trainees.

* Strong self-motivation and takes initiative in solving problems.

* Proficient, or ability to gain proficiency, in both Microsoft Office and production-related software, including but not limited to Omnis, SAP, Brady360, and Shiftconnector.

* Ability to continuously learn new production processes and new production/personnel task management systems.

* Strong understanding of adult learning methods or ability to learn them.

* Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.

* Hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Yokogawa beneficial but not required.

* Ability to develop clear and effective training materials for all proficiency levels.

* Ability to work effectively with a range of cross-functional teams.

* Must have and be able to maintain the following training:

o HAZWOPER - 40 hours, initial

o HAZWOPER Refresher - 8 hours annual
