The Opportunity

Looking for an action oriented, forward-thinking individual to join a team of #technologists building the foundation for a new organization. This is truly an opportunity to make impact and participate in a transformational program, getting involved from the ground up designing and implementing a greenfield implementation of Microsoft D365, road mapping solutions, creating frameworks, processes and solutions to sustain and grow our Liquids Pipelines business.

What you'll do

• Participate in a greenfield implementation of Microsoft Dynamics

• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze the organization's business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, configuring the Dynamics 365 platform accordingly

• Provide functional expertise to support, optimize and enhance D365 operation and the financial and operational processes relying on D365

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into efficient system configurations and solutions

• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 data structure, entities, relationships, fields, and data types.

• Ability to create data visualizations in order to better understand and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Perform testing and validation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, assist with ongoing user test acceptance and release cycles, utilizing automated test tools and change management processes

• Participate in design and review sessions with development teams to ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution is designed to meet business requirements

• Participate in developing project plans, scoping, and costing to ensure successful implementation.

• Communicate progress and status of the implementation to the project team and client stakeholders.

• Configure flows and workflows to automate business processes.

• Provide training and support to end-users of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.

• Identify and recommend opportunities for improving business processes using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.

• Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach and ability to navigate ambiguity

• Keeping up to date in industry advancements in the space, the Microsoft product release and product launches to provide ongoing support and road mapping for Dynamics operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to the importance of collaboration, teamwork, and a positive and strong organizational culture.

• A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in D365 Finance & Operations, Sales & Marketing and Field Services functional support and analysis.

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 a must in order to develop and enhance a mature, performant and effective ERP environment.

• Experience with system integrations, D365 data models, data migration, data flows, and reporting within the Dynamics 365 environment is required.

• Must possess strong working knowledge of accounting processes and principles. Experience with D365 within a energy company environment and its supporting systems and applications would be considered an asset.

• Proficient in Microsoft O365, D365, Azure, Fabric, Power Apps, Power BI

• Must possess excellent analytical and root-cause-analysis, customer service, and trouble shooting skills with the demonstrated ability to perform complex end to end solution delivery and maintenance.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences

• Effective time management and problem-solving skills

• Desire to stay current with new technologies and solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• MSCE Business Applications certifications: Microsoft certifications in D365

• Deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Operations

• Experience with ERP implementation lifecycles, methodologies and project management would be considered an asset.
