If you reside within the state of Louisiana, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Clinical operations across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating)
  • Case management and coordination of care
  • Takes lead role in setting direction and participating in or developing new programs
  • Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of the team
  • Ensures team meets established performance metrics and performance guarantees
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

Required Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of LA
  • 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting, acute care, or direct care experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a manager
  • 2+ years of experience in Adult and or Maternity Care
  • 2+ years of case management experience
  • Basic level of experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Proven solid organizational skills and ability to analyze data will be keys to success

Preferred Qualification:

  • BSN
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM)
  • Experience/exposure with discharge planning
  • Experience in utilization review, concurrent review and/or risk management
  • A background in managed care
  • Proven solid organizational skills and multitasking abilities will be keys to success
