SCOPE OF WORK:
- Write individual notes to donors
- Make phone calls to donors
- Draft email copy to donors
- Assist in creating stewardship and cultivation plans for donors
- Assemble mailings to donors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support relationship management work by assisting with mailings, emails, and phone calls. Ensure data quality (e.g. updating salutation fields, birthdays and any additional data in Salesforce).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate junior or higher preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and/or Thank view would be very valuable (but not required).
