Overview

The Data Analysis and Reporting Intern will assist our internal teams with practical use of data analysis and data visualization to drive business solutions and operational efficiencies. The Data Analysis and Reporting intern will help to identify opportunities for optimization, personalization and recommendations in business operations utilizing data analytics to positively impact: sales, cost, conversion, customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
    Work closely with the management team to analyze and refine key metrics to establish baselines and provide performance analysis.
  • Monitor data quality and work with technical teams to implement capabilities that improve data collection or address data quality issues.
  • Work with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and develop desired reports.
  • Perform hands-on analysis of analytics data and assess performance of tools and campaigns.
  • Analyze large-scale data from multiple data sources, distill insights and communicate actionable results.
  • Will identify and implement the appropriate tools for the tasks assigned.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate in one of the following majors: Business, Sales, Communications, Telecommunications, Marketing, Economics or a relevant major.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation & reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  • Creative, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in teams; give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Other tasks assigned accordingly.

SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with flexibility depending on incumbent's schedule.
